Hi, I think I saw this same post on Discord. I'll repeat what I said there.

1. It will let you add the liquid cooler if you click the drop down arrow, not the text. Seems a bit of a glitch with the configurator. I personally went for the AMD as an extra months wait seems worth it if it performs similarly to the desktop cpus. They also seem to have better efficiency.
2. Or if you’re ordering the liquid cooling from your phone, you need to click more info, and then it will allow you to add it to the order.
   
   I think I'd rather go for a single 2tb or 4tb SSD drive now, instead of splitting between the two. that way if you upgrade in the future, you'll have a slot free and wont be wasting one of your drives.
