My laptop has now been with PCS for 3 weeks.
I appreciate COVID is going on so I'm not going to spit my dummy out i understand these aren't normal times.
I was just wondering what time frames people had on their RMA's during COVID.
My RMA tracker just says received by PCS. When I spoke to them on the chat two days ago I was told my RMA had been printed off so someone should be working on it.
I asked if I could get a time frame on when i could have some sort of update and i was told that wasn't possible.
Last time this laptop was RMA'd it was back within a week and a half with a new mother board installed and I had updates the minute they started working on it.
Again I appreciate COVID is disrupting things but this lack of communication is a bit frustrating.
