Ok so yesterday I accepted an invite to join a Discord server for a club i belong to through one of my cycling apps, and when I accepted it I forgot that I'd set up an account several years ago and set up a new account using the same email address as I'd previously used.

So i accepted this invite on my normal phone which isn't the phone I use when using the cycling app, and when I try and log in on the phone that's used with the cycling app I end up in the old account, so my question is how do I log in to the new account on the phone that I use with the cycling app

Surprised you were able to create 2 accounts with the same email haha.

You should be able to login using your phone number linked to the account you wish to access. If that's the same too then I guess you'll have to contact Discord help as that's a weird one.

cheers @Scott , yeah I think its going to be an email to Discord support later today, I tried deleting the old account, but that takes 14 days to happen.

Well I've managed to sort it:

it turns out that the old account was set up using email and had no phone number associated with it, and the new account was set up using phone number and had no email associated with it so after changing email address on the old account, verifying that new email, logging in to new account using phone number. after verifying phone number and changing password, I've now associated my email address with the new account.

All the above was done on the Web, I was then able to log in on the phone I wanted to use
