Are you planning on overclocking at some point? If not you can go for the i5-2500 instead of the i5-2500k, the k versions are basically meant for overclocking.
Also do you need Win7 professional, you might want to check the differences between the home version and the professional, just to make sure you do need it.

And make sure you go for the silver warranty for a fiver, for peace of mind if nothing else :)

What do you plan to use the PC for?

The specification you have gone for is very powerful and should breeze through anything you throw at it to be honest! As Rakk says, if you don't plan on overclocking the CPU, then you could drop to the standard 2500, Samsung 1333MHz RAM to save some money?

It might also be worth upgrading your first HDD to the WD Caviar Black, the Caviar Greens aren't the best to use as a primary HDD as their power saving features sometimes runs the HDD at slower speeds. They are best used as a secondary storage drive.

Thanks for the advice, will change to a cavier black as primary, will be looking to overclock in the future, so will stick with the 2500k.
