Memory (RAM)
8GB KINGSTON HYPER-X GENESIS DUAL-DDR3 1600MHz, X.M.P (2 x 4GB KIT)

Since you're not overclocking you could drop this to the Samsung 1333MHz RAM

Processor Cooling
COOLIT ECO II A.L.C (ADVANCED LIQUID COOLER) (£59)

Again since you're not overclocking the Titan would be perfectly fine

Warranty
3 Year Standard Warranty (1 Month Collect & Return, 1 Year Parts, 3 Year Labour)

Go for the silver warranty, it's only a fiver

The 750W will be fine for what you have, but if you feel unsure or are paranoid about it, (or plan on upgrading or getting stuff later) then you may want to think about the 850 even if it is just to give you peace of mind.

but the 20% allowance what does that mean?!

It means that they've added an extra 20% to what they reckon it should be using most of the time - means that if you're power usage goes up slightly (for whatever reason) from what is expected to use you'll still be fine

PS. sharplucas, please don't post the same question twice (which I've now deleted) just because it hasn't been answered in the post following the question, it wasn't answered in that post cos it wasn't there when I started replying, so just be patient :)
