Sent on the 17th and it still hasn't been looked at. I sent it back for a refund so I can buy the laptop again with better specs. Only takes a minute or two to unbox, another couple of minutes to look at the components are brand new and working, maybe another two minutes switching on laptop to check it works. I'd be able to check it thoroughly in less than ten minutes.

And the wait continues.

If you hadnt heard on the forums over the past few days, it is taking longer for people to get their computer and that is because PCS are busy atm, probably with a lot of orders. Now this in turn will also affect you and your RMA! So just be patient, it will be looked at evetually, when PCS have the time too.

Your RMA was received on Friday afternoon and was on the bench yesterday and you should be contacted today or tomorrow, they all follow a process, and as much as we'd like to, we can't do everything instantly I'm afraid. It's all in hand and should be sorted shortly for you.
