Am I entitled to a free game?

I purchased a new pc from Pcspecialist on the 24-11-2014 and the pc has a Nvidia gforce gtx 970 graphics card. I got no voucher in my welcome pack but I thought I was entitled to pick from a selection of 3 games if I bought a GTX 970
Any ideas

You need to contact PCS. Either it was missing or it is subject to availability.
