AI is so clever...not!!!

Just posed this query to our AI Tech Support bot (would fix it myself, but the system is locked down and we can't even change the desktop background ourselves):

"Hi, I'm trying to install the latest mandatory Windows update for July (and have received an email telling me I'm out of policy for not doing so). But the update keeps failing, and I've tried to install it every day since it became available."


The response was:

"I see you need assistance to change your personal information in Workday. Is this correct?" 😖


...and our company expects us to trust their other AI tools in preparing medical authority submissions and contracts! I'll end up doing more work checking the AI's work than if I'd done it all myself :unsure:
