Advice wanted on these two specs

I am looking for a new desktop. It will mainly be used for browsing and simple document creation. Occasionally It will be used for video and photo editing using Adobe Premier elements. It don't play games. I like to have a quiet computer so some of the components have been chosen with this in mind. In particular the two cases either Corsair or Coolermaster quiet cases and the power supply which is over speced to get one that claims to be quiet.

I have put together two specs and would like advice on the merits or otherwise of each. Which would you choose and how would you tweak it?
