What is your intended use? Budget?

Gaming, not concerned with being top of the line.

Budget, well, hopefully around this, but I'm just generally asking if this all works together. If you suggest how it can be cheaper by excising what I might not need, that'd be cool.

Case you selected is not adequate for a gaming rig, for your budget I wouldn't get an SSD. I would get a better gpu like the r9-270x and a caviar black as the main drive. Also a triple copper heartpipe CPU cooler.

Get rid of the SSD (not essential and can be added later) and get a better GPU, something like the R9 270X or 770 will be much better.

I'm moving from a laptop with a 5400RPM drive that seems to be crazy slow at loading up windows explorer sometimes, and task Manager says the Disk hits 100% usage all the time. I don't know, I know my phone is so much faster at basic things then my laptop and it's only a Moto G I got inexpensively. I don't want another slow PC.
