Advice on my Optimus setup for gaming?

Hi everyone.

So I know that ultimately desktops tend to be more powerful and better for gaming etc etc.. But I am needing a laptop for the portability. I'm currently buying the 17 inch optimus. Any advice on these specs before its built/upgrade options I can amend my order to?

I'm wanting to use the laptop for medium gaming, things like LoL, Left for Dead, CIV 5, potentially a few more intense games in the future. Will this setup work okay with these games?

Not looking for ultra settings on everything, but steady fps above 40 is preferable, as my current machine is a toaster providing me 15 fps average. (On a side note, is there any upside to having a frame rate above 60?)

Muchly Appreciated!!

Looks fine, I would go with a Scorpio black as the secondary drive. No problems with fps greater than 60. To have an idea of the performance of the gtx 860m you may want to check benchmarks online
