Advice on a budget gaming pc!

hi all, I’m not too savvy so not completely sure if this is half decent, or if I should change anything? I am on a bit of a budget, I guess im looking to spend under £1300

Based on what I know, I think the 12400F is pretty decent, so guess that doesn’t need changing

motherboard, it’s set as the default, don’t know if that needs changing?

gfx card, 4060Ti 16gb or the 3070l or the 3060TiI guess the 4060 is a little better.. but is the price difference worth it? Not sure on that. Perhaps I should just go for the 3060Ti..

wireless network card is 300mbps, I guess that means it supports up to that speed. Slight problem I have is my pc is upstairs, quite far away from the router.. so I’m guessing the only option is to have it wired rather than Wi-Fi.
