Advice on 14inch laptop

Hi guys,

I was wondering if I can get some advice on which small form 14 inch laptop I should get and the recommended specs for it.
I will be using it mainly for microsoft office, web browsing, youtube, occasional zoom calls
I won't need it for gaming.
My budget would be up to £800

I'd suggest the Premium Lafite Pro with modular RAM (not the cheaper soldered version).

This is quite well specced for the budget, lovely chassis and has quite powerful graphics which is really good for the budget. Added benefit of Thunderbolt 4.

Noted on the ram part.
Curiously for my user case scenario is it worth me increasing the ram to 16gb and upping cpu to i7 for the extra £100 or would it be overkill?

CPU always worth it, get the best you can. If it's only £100 then the extra RAM would certainly benefit if you have lots of tabs open for web browsing as that can take a lot of resources. Zoom also is quite memory hungry.

It's definitely worth doing both if you can push the budget.
