Advice needed for new PC for son - needed for game capture and editing

Hi. I recently bought a gaming laptop from pcspecialist and very happy with it!

Now I need to get something for my son. Hes a keen YouTuber who likes to capture his XBOX game video, editing via Sony Vegas and upload. He would also want to play games such as Black Ops 3 and Fallout 4.

Budget I have is tight - £400. However do not need to include OS, monitor, keyboard or mouse.

I would be grateful for suggestions that would make the most of the budget.

You will not be able to play Fallout 4 and probably not even black ops 3 on that budget. Both games are intensI've. You would need at least a budget of around £650. On that budget rendering in Sony Vegas would probably be quite slow.

For £400 you won't get anything for your needs.

Thanks. You are probably right about gaming. However primary use would be a machine to record, edit and process YouTube videos. Ability to play games would be a bonus. Thanks for help.
