Accidentally uninstalled Samsung NVMe driver on my C: drive, am I in trouble ?

Hey !
I accidentally removed my Samsung 970 Evo Plus "NVM Express Driver" while cleaning up some programs on CCleaner. This is my C: drive by the way. I've seen that some people online could not boot into Windows when they rebooted their system after uninstalling that driver so.. I'm a bit worried now. So far I haven't rebooted anything just in case.

What I can see right now is that the drive is appearing as a "hidden peripheral" in the device manager but somehow there's another version of the drive still active. I'm guessing Microsoft drivers took over automatically ? I tried reinstalling the Samsung driver but with no success unfortunately.

My question is : will I get in trouble if I reboot my laptop now ? Will I be able to access Windows or did I just brick my drive and should backup everything immediatly ?

Thanks for the help !
