Access to bundled games

Hi guys,

it's me again. having bought the Nova with Ryzen 3700x and RTX2070 I should have access to bundled games such as Assassin's Creed Valhalla and Rainbow Six Siege. However I received no codes. I also tred to contact assistance but got no reply yet. Is there a way to redeem these games? What is your experience with these situations?

You should have received an email? Check your spam folder. Also check the welcome pack in the box, make sure they’re not printed codes.

I checked both and there is no code in both the welcome pack and no missing mail in the spam folder. I checked also all the mails which came from PC Specialist and nothing there, too.

In that case, contact them via webchat, don't email, you'll be waiting for a week for a response.

Go to the contact us page at the bottom right of the footer when you're on a desktop browser for the webchat, they should be able to help.
