Do they not answer the phone at this time been waiting 10 mins or more on the line before hanging up, my first experience I have to say with pcs was sh*t... Programmes don't work, solutions online dont work, graphics card is faulty, graphics card parts stuck out and catches on fan when I first set up so had to push wires about, no idea where to plug side panel fan in either so had to ask here... had to get new monitor too as old one would flicker on this computer unlike old one

surely they test the computer? and update the drivers with the right software so the customer does not have to do their work?

All i have right now is an oversized very expensive paper weight that takes up space.... My gaming computer cannot play a my game in high settings without crashing and bugging out, all it's good for is the internet so far

That's hardly PCS's fault that you do not know where to plug the side fan. You should read the manual.

They do test the pc's, all the drivers you need will be in your welcome pack on discs. All you have to do is install the software/drivers.

You need to remember all technology breaks from time to time, I understand you are angry. But you will certainly not get the response you are looking for by screaming on shouting about a poor experience on the forums. If you call up pcs to discuss whatever problem you have, they will help you resolve it.

I've called walkington and we have gone through some fixes, the issue seems to have gone away so hopefully this matter will be closed by the end of today.

seems to work fine so far, i would have no idea how to have done what you did myself though! still cant get asus gamer osd to work which is a bummer! thanks for the help with the other problem though. Was just stressed did not have a good day

So after a quick polite phone call all is sorted. Not a sh*t experience in my opinion...

Sorry that you had to wait 10 minutes to get through - we have a finite number of staff and a varying amount of calls.
