what you mean by thats not the case yet?

The UK is still part of the EU, and the UK will not officially leave until 2 years after Article 50 is triggered (it looks like Article 50 will be triggered early next year), so on current plans the UK will still be a part of the EU until early 2019 (ish).

i pay taxes when it come to italy?
You will pay exactly the same type of taxes/fees/customs as you would've done earlier in the year - though I do not know if there are any and if there are I do not know what they would be.

ill ask with them. but call operators and chat/email repliers are not specialized in sector......

There really is nothing to be specialised about. The UK is a full member of the EU just like it has always been. Goods, services, and people can still move freely between the UK and other EU countries.

I can help here, as I recently completed an order for a desktop.

The quote says £1499 for the Define X1, but this assumes standard warranty, standard delivery to UK and 20% VAT, which is the VAT rate in UK. If you work it back, the price before VAT is £1253.33 for this system.
When I specified that I'm in Ireland, they recalculated the price, beginning with the price before VAT and adding the 23% VAT rate that we have here in Rip Off Ireland. So, instead of £1499, I had to pay more. Not only did I upgrade to Silver Warranty (£5 extra), but there's definitely a higher cost for shipping to Ireland than shipping to UK. Plus the extra 3% in taxes, it cost me £1561 altogether.

However, this is the price you pay, and you get the system delivered. No quibble from Customs or anything, as this comes from inside the EU, which means "delivered duty paid".

In your case, the VAT is slightly lower, only 22%, but the delivery cost is higher, £30. According to the calculator, if you ordered the X1, like I did, you'd pay £1559.
