There's a whole lot I'd suggest changing here: it doesn't look like good value to me right now.

Here's a good value for money spec significantly lower than your budget. It is quite a high-end 1080p build in terms of graphics card; I wouldn't spend more unless you were upgrading the monitor too. You could make an argument for an Intel based system, but it wouldn't perform significantly better and you'd have to spend more on the motherboard and cooler.
