Hello, here to test the intellect and speediness of forum members..

congrats to start with -you clicked onto this thread, thanks.

Looking at extra ram. Yes, I have tried Crucial, MrMemory etc checking my specs....Amazon..trying to find out the Ram needed..duel layer..single layer ( duel more expensive yet, I read is slower than single..confused! or just plain stuipid! )

And 2400 whatever it is....but one scan said I can take 3000 whatever it is....

End of day, I want to edit 4k video or at least HD...had memory problems in the past..so wanting to up to 32gb. Specs below, advice welcome. Naturally..looking towards cheaper end of market £30 for 8gb x 2.

LENOVO
i7- 6700 cpu @3.40 ghz
64bit operating system

The type recommended memory upgrade for my pc.

the one I was looking at on amazon, £31 or the duel one for £30.

Crucial CT8G4DFS824A 8 GB (DDR4, 2400 MT/s, PC4-19200, CL17, Single Rank x8, DIMM, 288-Pin)
Would this be ok x 2?

Another one recommended via one of those scanning thangs was,
Ballistix Sport LT Red 64GB Kit (4 x 16GB) DDR4-3000 UDIMM ( too pricey..but I see it says 3000? so...in theory can I use this? )

Appreciate your time and any replies.
