A couple of questions about the P650HS-G (Defiance III?)

So, it's been a couple of months since I finally got my hands on my Defiance and so far it's been smooth sailing (knocks on wood). That said, I've got a couple of questions:
1: Is there a BIOS in the pipeline that unlocks additional options in the BIOS like the one released by Obsidian - ie. CPU voltage controls for the 7700HQ and an option to enable Intel Speed Shift (both so those that know what they're doing can avoid having to resort to third-party solutions like ThrottleStop)
1.5: If there isn't one - is it possible to cross-flash with another vendor's BIOS as long as it's for the same chassis, or will that void the warranty (or y'know, turn a great piece of kit into a paperweight)
and 2: I've noticed WiGig drivers in the main Clevo support site, so I'm wondering - is it possible to retrofit the Intel 18265 (or is there a parts whitelist in play) and the required antenna array, so I can use this laptop with my Lenovo Wireless dock?

I think you'd need to ask PCS directly if they are expecting any BIOS updates.

Bloody hell, I'm literally facepalming as I didn't even think to read the terms.. Oh well, cross-flashing was always a long shot (and one that I'm not sure I would've been brave enough to try,lol)
As for a BIOS update in general, I'm pretty sure we'll see one given the epic clusterbleep that's Meltdown (in fact, I've started seeing the first flight of BIOS updates from Lenovo and DELL with the microcode fix hitting the company-issue gear), but I was wondering if there was a prosumer BIOS available upon request hence the thread .. or is this mostly a community forum with the PCS guys mostly absent?
