Hi guys this is an odd one.
I have 4 external screens, 2x 16:9 1080p 60hz monitors, 1x 144hz 1080p monitor and 1x 4k(3840x2160) 60hz TV.
The two 60hz monitors are connected to DP output 1 with a daisy chain
The 1 144hz is connected to its own DP output with mini dp to DP
The 4K TV is connected with hdmi
I'm having no issues but somehow my TV is running at 4k 60HZ HDR on through this HDMI port on an 8th gen intel cpu??
I am just confused how this is working, the only issue I had was with the screen flickering but I disabled the audio on the HDMI output and it fixed it.
NVIDIA control panel says 4k 60hz, Windows display settings says the same and my TV says the same.
I have also tested the difference between 4k 60hz and 4k 30hz and I can definitely tell it is much smoother on 60hz
Just so confused on how this is possible lol. HDR too!!!
specs below and see pictures attached
model is GK5CN6Z TONG FANG
Anyone have any idea how this is working or why? Something must be up or wrong?
