OK, when it comes to PC knowledge I don't mind saying, very, very, way down basic that's me  I'm still trying to read up about, and understand, the new GTX1080, all I want to know is how to have a fantastic experiance with Sli 1080 ...So now, I come across this video saying, with Sli using 1080 pascal, things are changing..
But goes wayyyyy over my small brain head  Actually how much of this, do I really NEED to know? ...And what about the three new Sli bridges? My new build PC, will be used mostly with Driving Simulators, some flight Sims using triple screens 3x Dell U2711 2560 x1440 old LCD...So, what do I need to do to setup Sli?...Thanks for any help

If you are only using 2 cards then the changes won't really affect you. The new SLI bridge that connects the cards now uses both SLI slots on each card rather than just one. Using just one would mean that you can use 3+ cards. The new SLI bridge effectively offers twice the bandwidth and improves SLI scaling so less performance lost when adding a second card.

So having PCS build my Sli 1080's (within hopefully end of June) do I actually need to know anything in that video?. Or is that just for PC builders?

You shouldn't really have to know much about SLI, but it's good to know about some of the issues that may come with it so that you can solve them. Not all games are SLI compatible and will either not run, make performance worse or give you graphical issues. It's best to remember this and make sure disabling SLI is your first method of troubleshooting to try and fix it. I believe SLI can be disabled through the Nvidia Control Panel although I haven't used it in a while.
