Difficult to say, there are shortages of parts as well, the only people who could give a definite answer would be PCS, this is just a users forum. PCS staff do look in here but not so much at the moment.
If you telephone there are long wait times but some have got lucky by calling at 09:00 as they open, email could be a week before a reply.
What have you ordered, knowing the parts could give a clue to potential wait time. I think pre production means everything needed is in stock and your rig is ready to build but not certain.

you're joking april? the guy told me march 5th wow any chance you would know the time for the 3060 to come back in stock?

No one can tell you any confirmed dates, they just don't exist at the moment with any card.
The 2060 production was stopped last year, stocks are drying up everywhere, there's a chance PCS won't get any more stock for all we know.
The 3060 is in very high demand and with recent chinese new year, stocks have dried up, but we should start seeing them coming back in the next couple of weeks.
The 2060 is a poor choice nowadays anyway, the 3060 has replaced it and is a much better option.
