BUDGET ---> £1300-£1400

Case
NZXT PHANTOM 410 WHITE GAMING CASE ( I would like the case to be super quiet and also stylish, does this do both? )

Processor (CPU)
Intel® Core™i7 Quad Core Processor i7-3770 (3.4GHz) 8MB Cache ------- or ------ Intel® Xeon® Quad Core E3-1230V2 (3.3 GHz, 5.00 GT/s) ( I heard Xeon is just a better processor for editing and long rendering. I won't be rendering for hours and hours or anything, so worth the Xeon or stick to i7?)

Motherboard
ASUS® P8Z77-M: MICRO-ATX, USB 3.0, SATA 6GBs, ATI®CrossFireX ------ or ------ ASUS® P8Z77 WS - ATX, USB 3.0, SATA 6 GB/s (No choice here, 1st one goes with i7 the other with Xeon)

Memory (RAM)
32GB KINGSTON HYPERX BEAST DUAL-DDR3 2400MHz X.M.P (4 x 8GB KIT) (This will give my cores 4GB of RAM each to work with)

Graphics Card
2GB NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 660 - 2 x DVI, HDMI, - 3D Vision Ready (Upgrade/Downgrade or it's fine?)

Memory - 1st Hard Disk
240GB INTEL® 335 SERIES SSD, SATA 6 Gb/s (upto 500MB/sR | 450MB/sW) (Windows + main Software I will use and possibly a few games. Would have preferred a 300GB. 480GB is too much in price and quantity)

2nd Hard Disk
120GB KINGSTON V300 SSD, SATA 6 Gb (450MB/R, 450MB/W) (This will be only used as a Cache drive for Adobe After Effects 6 for faster rendering time)

3rd Hard Disk
3TB 3.5" SATA-III 6GB/s HDD 7200RPM 64MB CACHE (General Storage for Movies/Pictures)

1st DVD/BLU-RAY Drive
24x DUAL LAYER DVD WRITER ±R/±RW/RAM

Video Editing is just a hobby that I do now and then, it's not my income.. so I tried to keep the price as low as possible without loosing much speed.

Thanks in advance.

I'm not sure how quiet the NZXT PHANTOM 410 case is compared to the others, but you could probably half the ram,32GB is a bit overkill even for video editing, but if you're set on that make sure you have at least Windows 7 64bit Professional as Home Premium has a ram limit of 16GB.
If the configurator says everything is compatible the 450W PSU will be fine unless planning on upgrades in future.

If you're looking for a quiet case that also offers decent cooling I'd look at the Cooler Master Silencio 650 or the Antec P280. If you're going with the 3770 standard and aren't intending to overclock I think the triple copper heatpipe cooler would suffice instead of the H40. And as Vanthus said, 16GB of RAM should be plenty.

Depending on how much gaming you're doing (and which games you're intending on playing) I'd look at trying to nudge up to the 670, and if you do that you'd probably need a 650W PSU.

A gnat's knacker over your budget:

Oh, i wasn't aware that Home Premium has a limit. That's what I am using which I got from old PC.
Thanks for clearing that up.

My old GTX 465 is playing all games I play on High settings without problem. It's just any future games I will need to future proof.
No i don't intend to over clock.
16GB will give my cores only 2GB each to work with. With Adobe After Effects, the more RAM you have the better is what I have always been told. the main reason i'm buying a new PC is to upgrade from my 12GB to 32GB.
That Case you linked is simple black rectangle box. Doesn't look pretty at all. I will research on the 2 NZXT cases, see what reviews they got.

Thanks :)
