Hi PCS,
Unfortunately, due to Sandy bridge issue I decided to cancel my order (02/02/11) and wait until April before re-ordering. At time of order placement, PCS was not able to provide quadro 600 graphics card so I made arrangements for a card to be delivered direct to pcs from Amazon. At the time of cancellation, It was stated by pcs representative that the card would be returned to me by either Friday (4th) or Monday (7th). I queried this further on the 4th of February where it was stated that the card had been dispatched and would be with me in a few days. However, by Tuesday (8th) the card had still not arrived; I contacted PCS again and to my disappointment I was advised that the card had not been dispatched and it should be sent in the next few days. I would be grateful if this could be investigated as I desperately need this card for some cad work this coming weekend.
