Could you let us know what you will be using the PC for - you seem to have an awful lot of RAM and hard drive space.

I bet a £2.5k desktop would do the same job as a £5k desktop for your needs... unless you have some very niche power-sapping needs that you're about to enlighten us with ;)

the motherboard has built in Wi Fi and bluetooth with a very good audio setup, further information can be found on the following link

due to the good on built sound system i would drop the sound card and buy a TV card instead

If your after storage of that amount you might be worth cutting your budget in half for the Desktop and getting a NAS for the storage. With the lef tover budget you can easily get a NAS capable of transcoding 1080p if that's the assumed function of the storage. And this will put less need on the PC to multi task and transcode.

I'm intrigued as to what this would be for, I can't see any real benefit to it except for very niche uses...

The PC will be shared with my partner who plays a lot of games online and my main line of work is video editing hence the need for large amounts of storage.

Green drives will not be ideal for video editing, yes they are storage eco drives but if you will be accessing the files often they wont be ideal.
I still think your best bet would be to halve the budget, get a gaming PC and invest in a NAS, not only for the storage requirements but for ease of access, security and backup reasons.
