I'm not surprised it struggles, to add to what's been said above, I only see one drive, and only a 65 0 W power supply, personally I wouldn't up below a 1000w

I would suggest that they register it with PCS, then fill out a transfer of ownership form when you porcupine it off them, this will then give you full access to drivers and sultry etc, without that I wouldn't touch it
Yep I'd agree, you can return it and get your money back with no questions in 14 days of receiving it, answer all the questions raised in the post that was posted above, and will help you get good bang for your buck
