The prison issue is hopefully regional :)
The costs of children dosnt stop with just the children it carries on with grandchildren and great grandchildren, your not creating a dynasty but an ongoing drain on your finanical resources.

As I eluded to my second post I probably don’t use my PC in the same manner you do, my tower PC is a research tool. Webroot has saved my bacon a number of times, because of the research I do I get sent files from all over the world, it’s not as simple as good browsing...
I planned to put my antivus (Webroot) and my vpn (Nord) onto the OS "C" drive and thats about it, they are about the only programs I need on start up. The OS in on a 500GB SAMSUNG 970 EVO PLUS M.2, PCIe NVMe (up to 3500MB/R, 3200MB/W) so there should be plenty of space
Thanks for your input
After reading articles on the internet I believe I understand what I need to do :-
Use the C drive soley for my OS, I understand you can put programes that you want to run fast onto the "C" but I am going to keep those to an aboslute minimum.
On the D storage drive I need to change the install...
A little off topic but certainly spec related, can any one point me in the direction of any good information regarding the set up of a boot drive for the OS and programs and a seperate drive for the data. I need to understand how to organise my files to leave my "C" drive for Windows 11 Pro and...
No problem at all with that system, I didn’t have to give it much thought at all, it’s straight into the weird section.🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️😂😂
Its strange how purely functional items become an “art” form, you either understand it or you don’t!!!!!
Not having seen the RGB Memory before the question "Why would anyone want such a thing" did cross my mind when AgentCooper pointed it out!!!!! The question wasnt in my mind that long before I decided to dismiss it and file it in the "Odd" section
This is the spec, please let me know if there are any errors or omissions as I intend to order this tomorrow
Thank you very much for all your help

I have dropped the Wi Fi card, I can't remember why I put it in the first place.
I have selected the 500GB Samsung 970 Evo plus
I have selected the 3200MHz Ram
I think the Amd Ryzen 5 5600G processor is a better option.
Below is the Revised spec just a couple of questions
1. Is the

Question
Is the
500GB SEAGATE FIRECUDA 530 GEN 4 PCIe NVMe (up to 7000MB/R, 3000MB/W) in the 1st M.2 SSD Drive Position
And the
2TB INTEL® 670p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3500MB/sR | 2700MB/sW) in the 1st Storage Drive Position
or doesn't it matter ?????

I will have a look at the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G Six Core CPU
Thank you for the reply

I chose the Intel® Core™ i5 Six Core Processor i5-11400 as it has a built in GPU, is resonably priced and has good performance for the type of use I intend for the PC, I am open to susggestions for a spec up to £1,000 but remember I'm not a gamer :). Most of my big...
