That's interesting, The 205M is apparently a Micro ITX rather than the 205 standard ATX so it is actually a different model albeit in the same range.
Be interesting to see if that appears under any OEMs or not.

Rebranding is a really odd thing, it tends to be if they're rebranded, ie OEM licensed, then those builds you can't find modular parts for on open sale as they want the OEM to get the business and make it worth their while, OEM licensing can be very lucrative...
I was a bit surprised that PCS considered that clunk as abnormal, especially if the same clunk was happening if you powered on by the case switch.
Either that clunk didn't happen in their testing, or their testing environment is loud and they missed it, but to me that's certainly not a normal...
For keyboard I would recommend the Keychron V6 which is a full size, but no RGB if you can live with that, but your budget is very restrictive for keyboard and mouse, £100 would more be one component...
