I read that error as the speakers aren't physically plugged in, so would require you opening the laptop and plugging the connectors to their respective places on the motherboard

Are there any known fixes or similar replacement components that can be swapped out to fix it without an RMA? Unfortunatly it isnt one of the upgrade/replacement parts they offer from the personal orders page

I sent the laptop back under RMA and have had it back probably about a month now with the issue resolved. It turned out to be a hardware issue with the motherboard having a power delivery problem and my power cable had burnt out. Both were replaced and I have not had a re-occurrence of that...
