    I will see what PC specialist says. The laptop is good but the loss of those functions is annoying. I have not had cause to use the functions up until now so it may have been pre-existing. It is only a couple of weeks old.

    I will, but thank you for taking the time. I would send a photo but I assure you that there is no useful information apart from serial numbers and model. It is annoying but not worrying. It is probably a simple fix. Fingers crossed.

    Apart from serial number, pcspecialist with address the only indication is the model number N16LMO.

    I am sorry but I only have the order specs. I have no idea how to find out the maker, but thank you for asking. I may just ask the company to check remotely as it is a new purchase.

    I have a new build laptop with Windows 11. Some, but not all function keys do not work, even after removing paired devices. F2 to F8 sound and brightness functions. Is there a way to enable these? Any advice would be appreciated. Ron
