Yeah forgot to answer that part, my motherboard doesnt seem to have connection for screens directly to it (not sure if it is due to amd chipset not having integrated graphics or due to the motherboard itself) but definetly plugged into the gpu (bottom part of the case)
Thanks for the really quick reply! It was actually on top of the gpu so i thought might have been something from it but as said I am not an expert, as for the cable, yes, I have tried both hdmi and dp cable on both a new and older screen but there wasnt any life coming out of it
