Thank you so much Stephen! I’ll definitely wait until it comes in stock, I see the RTX 4070 ti is also selling out fast. I wonder if @Scott could give an opinion too comparing to what was previously suggested :) appreciate all the assistance.

The selected motherboard is out of stock at the moment, any suggestions? Or should I just wait for it to come back in. Either going to get a 4070 ti super or see how much the 50 series cards are.

Okay I will look at the 4070 TI and get a new monitor. Would the SSD's I provided be good enough? Want everything to run as smoothly and fast as possible. Would the case I provided give a good enough airflow, I see that yours didn't include case fans, is it worth getting them anyway?

So I've had my old rig for 9 years and want to buy a new custom build. I've saved a lot for this and am ready to purchase it. Please let me know how the specs look and if anything to improve on, any issues with airflow, etc. PC Specialist said that they will mount the CPU cooler on top if able...
