'm pretty sure it's the fan as it only starts after it has warmed up for a few minutes.

I have had my Desktop PC just over a year and it has recently started to develop an irritating intermittent noise. I'm not sure if it is the fan or a disc drive. Is there any way I can troubltshoot, please?
