Sadly it was stripped to begin with but even more stripped with my attempts to get it out 😅. I tried all the tricks in the book, rubber band the screw glue stuff you get from the hardware store thats supposed to extract these screws. No luck. The only other thing Ive saw is people using drills...
Also did a quick google and this thermal paste is apparently the best? Should UI go for the 5g or would 1g be be enough?https://www.amazon.co.uk/Thermal-Grizzly-Kryonaut-compound-compounds/dp/B00ZJSF5LM?th=1
The black foam things are stuck in pretty tight, and I don't want to go breaking anything. I tried loosening the screws around the fan but those foam things keep it pretty hard in place.
Okay, brilliant! Any recommendations for thermal paste? Also I've noticed today when looking at my fans they're sort of stuck in place with black foamy plastic. How would I go about removing them to give them a thorough clean?

Sourced all drivers from pc specialist site. And it seems like all devices are accounted for on the device manager. Here is a screen shot. Also with the windows update page
Right so fresh install and just ran 3D mark with HW monitor. Looks like no temperature issues but still having issues with bad physics fps. Definitely an improvement nonetheless. https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/70397012?
