So I ordered a new PC on Thursday and my finance was accepted on Thursday.
I've read that while in this process I need to post my finance agreement to PaybyFinance (from Hitachi Capital Plc). But where do I find my finance agreement?
Will they send it through the post for me to then send to...
So I've found this motherboard bundle but I doubt I can post the link as it's not to do with PCSpecialist.
But the bundle consists of:
i5 4670K @ 4GHZ
Asus Z87-K
4GB Corsair Vengeance LP RAM
Xigamatek Gaia SD1283
The price for this bundle is £389.99 and it comes Pre-Assembled.
My questions...
I'm looking to get the i5-4670K and I'm just wondering if I should buy a CPU cooler when I buy the CPU or not.
Does this CPU have any temp issues? It'll be ran at stock speed, and my case has somewhat good cooling, albeit the dust filters near enough screwed.
Well I'm stuck in a hard place at the minute.
I've owned my PC for 4-5 years and the CPU isn't up to scratch so I've been looking to get a new mobo, new CPU and a CPU cooler.
But now with the next-gen consoles out I'm wondering if I should scrap the new PC parts which will cost me £300-£400...
All I'll be using it for is mainly high end gaming and usual surfing of the web etc.
Is a 4770 needed for that, or are they mainly bought for video rendering/photoshop use?
Okay I've recently been looking to get a new motherboard and CPU.
I was set on getting an i5-4570 with a Asus B85M-G with *maybe* a cooler to keep the temps nice with would be at the £270 mark.
But now I'm considering an i5-4670K with a Asus Z87-A Motherboard and some cooler but that'll bring...
Okay, so I've just recently bought Arma 3 for £30 and much to my displeasure I cannot run Arma 3 Wasteland, unless I want to play it on low settings at 17/18fps.
So seeing as I can't afford a new mobo and CPU yet, I'm looking to OC until I can, but one thing... the OC will be done with a stock...
So I've found a local shop that'll put the pieces of my new rig together. *Just need to double check if I can order from another place to bring the price down more.*
Here's what I'll be changing:
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T - change to - Intel i5-3570k
Asus M487TD - change to - Asus P8Z77 -V LX...
I was just wondering if there was an option where I could not include a primary harddrive on my build. I currently have two Harddrives that are working perfectly fine and don't really need a third nor do I want to spend the extra money.
Also since my Raptor already has Windows 7 installed onto...
Okay so I've bought a new hard drive to act as my primary hard drive.
I've copied games and pictures over to an external harddrive that I bought... But now what?
Do I need to uninstall Windows 7 from my current primary Hard Drive? If so... how do I go about that?
Also I'm guessing it's just a...
Okay, so I kinda needa save my money, but I need a new PC... so I'm going down the upgrade route.
My current specs are:
AMD Phenom II X6 1055T @ 2.80GHz
4GB RAM
1GB Radeon HD 5770
640GB Western Digital Caviar Green
I do spend a lot of time gaming on it, along with my sister.
She only plays...
Okay so my PC is currently getting a bit dated, it's around 4 years old now, and I did buy it from PCS.
