Rubber mounting pad came pre-installed, and the new Ssd is in Sata6G_56 which I think was the only one available
Also the M2 is in the bottom slot of the two
Done all the windows updates for windows, still nothing, but I found the SSD name: samsung mzvpw256hegl-0000
Samsung's DC tool doesn't want to open, and closes instantly

This may be stupid of me, but how would I format a drive I can't access or see anywhere?
Also, from the bios boot settings, the only options in the boot option priorities are:
- UEFI PXE IPv4 Intel Ethernet Controller
- UEFI PXE IPv6 Intel Ethernet Controller
- Windows Boot Manager M.2...
There's the screenshot, and I can't say which M.2 I installed because that was on my dad's account, so I don't have the reciept or anything. It was also from PC Specialist though
