No I didn't try that, my phone and work laptop both sit right next to the pc and they can pick up 350mbps+ no problem so I'm unsure why the PC wouldn't pick that up?
yeah i was thinking that, im not clued up on that side of things so wasnt sure why, dont know why my phone and laptop speeds would be good but pc would be slow,
I didnt have time to move the pc last night (will try that tonight) but i did use my mobile phone as a hotspot, when doing that my mobile phone was getting speeds of around 160mbps and when i set up the hotspot the pc was getting speeds of 160mbps so that looked to work ok.
thanks, it is on 5Ghz just now, i tried the 2.4Ghz and it was even slower, if i use the laptop or my mobile phone at the pc location i get 350mbps so i dont think its a signal issue

Recently purchased a new PC from PCS. When I carry out a simple internet speed test (by Google and Ookla). They both measured speeds of about 20mbps which was much different to the 250-300mbps I'm receiving on all other devices throughout the house. (both Aerials are connected and i cant...
