Im sorry, think making customers wait 3hours on the phone is OK? THERE customer service is horrible, I have never had this bad of a long wait, also if they tell me it will be dispatched on Monday (today) I believe them there is no covid in between or putting pressure, whoever I spoke to on...

There customer service is awful, i waited 1.30h on friday asking why my pc is been awaiting dispatch for 5 days. So the person who answered the phone just told me he will put a note into and i will be told on monday why it got held for so long and it should deffinatly be dispatched on Monday...

How many days was your order in ‘awaiting dispatch’?? And ik this brexit and pandemic is making everything so slow :(.

I rang them today and i was on number 2 queue list and i waited for 40mins i just gave up. Really dissapointed :/ i ordered my pc a month a go

I received an email on Monday morning, saying it is ready to dispatch it should be today or tomorrow. Speaking on the Monday 1st Feb. Its Thursday and nothing has happened is this normal?

Thank you for the advice i hve made the change i didnt want to wait for the 5600x but i have realised through youtube that performanxe is way higher. So i decided to actually go for it!

Its a 1080p AOC 144hz 1ms, AMD freesync, which i dont know what it means. I will upgrade next month to a 1440p 165hz.
