So the stickies contradict each other but I will leave it there I have been given an estimate I am happy. Just think this can all have been better managed.

Also trust me I am not angry as not in a rush I just want to understand why it couldn't have been better managed and I get that it can't be easy
So I got an email back which I still think they could go to some effort to sort.
They said that "sadly this is not information we have, as our system gives a queue position in relation to when you ordered the system and not a specific part as we are a full systems builder and not a parts...
I received the email also but replied asking what my queue position is before I decide how I move forward.
The email references a queue so surely they can tell you where you are, right?
Just wanted to post this if it helps anyway, I emailed them about my order which was placed on 11th November for full build but includes RTX 3080, I got this response.
"First and foremost thank you for your email,
Thanks for getting in touch with us, I note that you have ordered the RTX 3080...
