Okay, I have good news. I've been running my PC for over 24 hours so far and so far no BSODs or anything that would suggest any hardware errors. My RAM is running with 4 sticks at 3600MHz completely fine. Seems that I just simply had a faulty processor. This has been replaced and my RMA was...
Just an update - my PC was dispatched this afternoon so I'll have it by tomorrow. They diagnosed the issue as a faulty processor and windows software errors, rather than there being an issue with the CPU Cooler. I presume there was a faulty temperature sensor or something. When I get it back...
Yeah I've read this is a fix elsewhere as well - I definitely rushed my PC back to them before trying a few things myself... just got to trust it's in capable hands
After everything I've read I'm really nervous I'm just going to get my PC back with the problem not been fixed... some are reporting large gaps of time in which they experience their BSOD's and it's going to be one of those unlucky things that whilst they're testing it's not gonna happen - which...

I sent mine back on Tuesday (5950x and 3090 as well) as I was having similar issues. Difference between you and I was that not only was I getting WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR BSOD's I was getting CPU Over Temperature Error. I think mine has a faulty CPU Cooler which was pushing the temperature error...
I had my PC for less than 24 hours and it appears the CPU Cooler was faulty so needs replacing. They also told me it was a priority... after hearing that from you now I'll be really upset if it takes that long. I keep making excuses for them in my head to make it not seem as bad but if they are...
Yeah I don't blame them at all... I can't see them being okay with sending out a PC that they know has problems. As with QC though it could be the case that it's all being rushed out faster than usual. I too would also like to know what the issue is too so I can at least learn something if I...
Just got off the phone, we tried some things and monitored temperatures. It's being returned to them. Sadly as it's the weekend it won't be picked up until Monday but oh well
Okay thanks, I’ll call them first thing in the morning and report back. Sadly had a gut feeling before receiving the PC something would be wrong. Hopefully it can be resolved quickly.
I just looked at the motherboard manual and there's nothing plugged into the AIO_PUMP header. There's something in the CPU_FAN header next to it but nothing in here. Please see new images here https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/media/albums/cpu-cooler.6/
Watched that video... not very helpful as didn't show much at all with wiring but all connections seem secure. The fans (which have been spinning and working fine and are configurable in iCUE are all connected as is the USB as shown in my photos as well as the pump header connection.
The cooler itself appears secure and the USB on the cooler is in correctly too. I’ve pointed to the connection as modeled by my finger.
