I think its better if I just return or try to return it atleast I doubt it can be fixed on forums its possibly the manufacture of the laptop itself its important people are made aware of the issues surrounding this vyper III laptop. I will try to do a review soon.

I also face the same issues very loud and hot plus my tracking pad is horrible not sure what to do regretting my vyper III purchase at the moment

Another thing is that the battery when used intensively i.e watching HD movies and gaming will die within 2.5 hours but if you use power save mode and only for work you can get 4 hours to 5.

I have I have a vyper III 15.6 and I play starcraft II only my cpu gets very hot usually above 80 degrees sometimes 90 plus its also loud I wouldn't recommend Vyper III for gaming

I don't see any issues with the settings off the touchpad.

The control centre does include the keyboard it allows me to control lighting/screen and power mode only

So I got around to PCS helpline and they confirmed like Spyder above that its a cover label. Still not sure why I can't use the keyboard volume and brightness key however its most likely due to some settings I can fiddle with thanks everyone.

Its not really some of it can be removed by swiping over it seems like its applied via some type of marker not sure if I'm the only one with this issue the keyboard of this specific model leaves much to be desired.

Thanks again does the 2070 (normal version) make more or less noise or heat? So would a 2060 rtx make less sound and heat up less? Would the super 2070 still make more noise even when idle?
