Sorry for delayed reply. However i figure out the cause of this issue. In my PC i have a NVMe and a separate SSD, i unplugged the SSD and have not had the issue since. It appears the SSD was causing my PC to crash. What would be the reason for this?

My graphics card is GTX 1080 I had Windows 10 on an SSD that i re-installed onto the NVMe. Graphics drivers are from GeForce Experience, just update them as and when they come through. No new hardware installed, software just games on Steam or Windows Store.
