i really like the look of the pcs frostflow 120 liquid cooler and it fits my theme perfectly...but im worried it wont be enough for my planned i7 7700k gtx1080 build, i plan to use it for 4k gaming so temps are a fear :S if the pcs cooler isnt enough would the corsair h80i v2 hydro do it?

if i get a modular psu with my build will it come with all the extra cables or will i have to purchase some to add components myself later on?
