If i order a PC with no operating system... (as i already have a copy of windows 7 ultimate) How will PC specialist check if the pc is.. working correctly and everything? will they not install the drivers and just give me the disks to do it??

Hey guys, Was just wondering.. when i get my computer.. to go for 4gb (1600Mhz) or 8gb (1333Mhz)? DO the 'Mhz' make a difference?? does it make it faster in any way? I'll be using the PC for gaming.. so wondering which will be the best. Cheers :)
