Hi, looking to potentially upgrade my old vortex iii to a shiny new defiance, does any body know if the GPU in the defiance is an MXM module or soldered in/part of the mobo?

Just a quick question if you please:
I've just upgraded my router to a dual band 2.4/5ghz model, the centrino-135n in my vortex III doesn't support the 5ghz spectrum so before I order a replacement from PCS I just want to check that the intel n-7260 802.11ac available from the upgrade screen...
I got my new Vortex 3 today, woo! But i cant figure out how to access the bios, i've tried every key i can on startup and nothing!
if anyone can help it would be ace!

So, i have £1000 to spend, plus a few pence change for an OS, for a new gaming laptop. I want something that i will be able to add little more muscle too in 18 months or so to extend its useful lifespan, and a 15.6" screen is plenty enough as i have a 51" tv to plug into if i really want big...
