No. What did you set yours to? I may try to do the same...ah NVM, I see you posted it in an earlier thread, Auto-Negotiate to 1.0 Gbps. I'll give it a go.
Got my Ethernet adaptor back. It should look something like this in the Device Manager under the resources tab when it is working correctly:
