Many thanks to everyone. I do believe the drive has failed as I tried installing windows and no drives are being shown. So weird why it failed but oh well. Will contact pc specialist as I have the 1 year collect and return. Just hope they can get it sorted soon as possible as I need it for work...

i ended up downoading the auto detect and reinstall program and did its job. I am glad its fixed and honestly cant thank you enough
