I'm getting on a bit so don't really understand the ins and outs of pin for pin replacement CPUs... Windows tells me that in order to run Win11 the above CPU needs to be replaced.... Am I being naive in thinking I can buy a replacement CPU and slot it in?

With the demise of Win10 looming, I'm being nudged towards Win11. The upgrade healthcheck tells me that my processor (AMD Ryzen 5 2400G) is not up to the job. Is there a pin for pin plug in and go replacement that you could recommend or is my PC on a slow march to the junkyard. See attached file...
